FUJINON XF60mmF2.4 R Macro offers 1:2 (half life-size) reproduction for frame-filling images of small details, which means subjects will be reproduced at half their actual size on the cameras sensor. This makes it great for making up close and personal images of insects and flowers in nature or getting those product details in studio.

Get frame-filling close-ups of small subjects from as close as 10.5in (26.7cm) away and get tack sharp images with lens precise and accurate autofocus or take complete control over the images focus with its large manual focusing ring.

The diaphragm that makes up the aperture in XF60mmF2.4 R Macro is precisely machined to deliver smooth, circular bokeh. Nine blades, which are rounded off at the edges, are used for an almost perfect circular opening. This delivers both smoothness in the out-of-focus areas and improved sharpness on the main subject.

The individual lens elements used in the optical construction of XF60mmF2.4 R Macro are coated with Super EBC. This Super EBC (Electron Beam Coating) helps to reduce flare and ghosting that can sometimes occur when light bounces around uncontrollably in the lens.

To help avoid flare spoiling images, XF60mmF2.4 R Macro comes supplied with a deep metal lens hood that uses a bayonet fitting to click positively into place around the front element of the lens.
